The San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) is the planning, financing and coordinating agency for the San Joaquin region overseeing transportation, housing and habitat conservation. SJCOG’s Clean Mobility Options (CMO) electric carsharing service project aims to provide affordable access to electric vehicles (EV) at convenient locations. The nonprofit service will revolutionize transportation in San Joaquin County and advance social equity by offering residents in disadvantaged communities access to clean, affordable, and convenient transportation options.
