Miocar is a membership-based carsharing service providing 24/7 access to vehicles on an hourly or daily basis. As a member, you can book a vehicle online at bookings.zev.coop or by downloading the ZEV co-op smartphone app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Miocar is available in the Tulare/Kern County region, Stockton, Tracy, Richmond, and Watsonville through various grants, including Ecosystems of Shared Mobility, Clean Mobility Options, Planning and Capacity Building, AB617, Sustainable Transportation Equity Project, and Clean Mobility in Schools.
