Bike San Joaquin is an electric bikeshare program led by the San Joaquin Council of Governments, providing clean, affordable, and reliable transportation options across San Joaquin County. Originally launched in April 2023 as Bike Stockton under the Stockton Mobility Collective with support from the California Air Resources Board, the program is now entering a new phase thanks to nearly $1.7 million Clean Mobility Options (CMO) Voucher.
