The Department of Transportation will envision, plan, build, operate and maintain a transportation system for the City of Oakland and assure safe, equitable, and sustainable access and mobility for residents, businesses and visitors. The Oakland E-bike Lending Program makes 50 high-quality E-bikes available for only $120 per month and $20 for low-income residents.
